Wow! A lot has happened in the past year. The economy hit the skids, which any Einstein could have predicted after the sub-prime collapse that started in July 2007. Real Estate values have generally headed in a southerly direction, that is, down! While there's lots of distress in the markets and more sure to come, there's also a silver lining among the dark clouds.
